Proven in the hard case first.

The method isn't domain-specific. It was proven in equipment finance because that domain is dense with documents, external data, judgment calls, and consequences for getting it wrong — a hard test rather than a narrow one. The same line runs anywhere work is repetitive, decision-heavy, and expensive to get wrong.

Scope

What that covers.

Document intake and parsing, automated decisioning against external data, long-running orchestration across dozens of processes, operator review queues, outbound integration with third-party systems, customer-facing web and mobile interfaces, and the private network and identity architecture underneath all of it.

It runs in production. It is separated into isolated development and production environments with independent deployment control. It has never been handed to a second engineer.

A ten-section formal system record accompanies the platform — executive overview, architecture, applications, agents, interfaces, orchestration, integrations, security and SOC 2 readiness, and data.

Most systems this size have no such record. It exists because a system that can't be explained to an auditor, a partner, or a successor is a liability waiting to surface.
